With this leitmotiv, and as part of the People Strategy, OW 2021-2023 the Corporate University has been designed with the aim of supporting the strategy for Learning, Development and Knowledge Sharing under a common frame. The purpose of OW University is to Support Business and People Growth through Learning and Knowledge Sharing, by providing a unique and meaningful learning experiences.

At OW we are committed to building a better future, for this we have created the graduate program which has the objective of investing in young talent to grow within our company and create together, the future of renewable energy.
It is a two-year program where 15 of the most talented graduates will embark in an amazing journey where they will be able to rotate between our different offshore projects or areas (twice), enjoying of continuous training and learning to specialize in the wind energy business, growing professionally and personally through real-life experiences.
